When climbers are planted, the supporting structure is often an afterthought. As plants mature their main stems become thicker over time, increasing in weight and require greater support. Using steel wire may seem like overkill, but once a treasured Wisteria or climbing rose reaches maturity their weight can be substantial. High winds, rain and snow will also increase load on plant supports.
Our vine wiring is available for new plantings, retrospectively added to walls with existing climbers, or as part of renovations to mature or 'veteran' plantings.
